Responsibilities:
Proficient in all machining tasks, including setup and operation of a variety of equipment such as 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills, lathes, routers, lasers, and manual milling machines
Skilled in programming using CATIA or equivalent software
Capable of reading and writing g-code using CAM software and directly at the machine controller
Consistently produce high-quality products within specified timelines, following provided specifications and documents
Code programs for newly received parts
Develop setup instructions for machining operations
Review CAD design blueprints for machining processes
Qualifications/Background Profile:
Demonstrated experience of at least 6 years
Trade School Certification strongly preferred (Apprenticeship or trade school certification can substitute for experience)
Must be able to pass a background check
