Job Details

Prices, sorts, hangs, displays, and sells donated items. Essential Functions: Ensures World Class donor and customer service, greeting customers within 10 seconds and providing friendly service and information. Price sellable items and separate unsellable items. Clean items as necessary before taking to the sales floor. Goal is to sort or hang 160 pieces per hour or 1200 pieces in an 8 hour shift. Ensures a clean and empty work station at the end of each shift Hangs apparel on the sales floor. Displays priced merchandise. Rotates items off the sales floor. Maintains the image of the sales floor and assists in store housekeeping including daily cleaning of the floor, fixtures, and restrooms. Checks and cleans dressing rooms. Assists the donation attendant with unloading donations and sorting donations into designated equipment when needed. Assists with loading large purchases for customers when needed.
