Location: Theodore, AL

Pay: $20 to $26/hour (based on skill level)

Experience: At least 2 years in aluminum fabrication/fitting.

Education: High School Diploma.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Clark Personnel is seeking a Fabrication Fitter to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Fabricate, fit, and assemble aluminum boat components using blueprints and project specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape aluminum materials with precision.
• Ensure accurate alignment, joining, and welding to meet design standards.
• Perform MIG/TIG welding with consistency and skill.
• Inspect completed work for quality, fit, and compliance with marine industry standards.
• Conduct component tests and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to complete builds.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following safety protocols.
• Modify and repair components as needed.
• Operate tools and equipment responsibly in a shipyard or workshop environment.

Position Requirements:

• Experience with metal fabrication tools and measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with marine construction standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and safety awareness.
