Job Details

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field Minimum 5 of the most recent 7 years' experience performing human resource leadership duties in a healthcare setting or similar human resource functional area Experience with compensation management, payroll/timekeeping software and applications Working knowledge of compensation, payroll, benefits, and other HR related laws and regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Process-oriented problem-solving and analytical skills Working knowledge of data, systems and delivery processes associated with maintaining a comprehensive human resource administration program in a large, diverse organization.
