Job Details

The Mechanic Trainee is an entry level position responsible for assisting more experienced technicians on jobs involving servicing and repair of equipment. Trainees must be able to perform independently under close supervision. Examples of the types of machinery that the candidate must be able to evaluate, and repair include earth moving equipment, diesel engines, electric power generators, lift trucks, and allied products. Extensive on the job training, classroom instruction, and e-learning must be successfully completed to remain in the technician training program. The Mechanic Trainee will demonstrate initiative, commitment to teamwork, enthusiasm for customer service, and dedication to finding solutions in an efficient manner.
