We are seeking a skilled Project Management Consultant with an engineering background to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the chance to:

• Engage across various sectors, managing diverse projects and supporting critical programs.
• Contribute to complex client engagements while assisting team leadership in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Work alongside the engagement lead to enhance our presence within clients, accessing various professional development opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and the successful delivery of key initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical engineering specialists and key project stakeholders to promote effective communication and project alignment.
• Develop detailed project plans that define objectives, scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to secure necessary support and resources for projects.
• Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
• Oversee the project budget, ensuring accurate cost estimation and tracking to stay within financial constraints.
• Develop and maintain effective project schedules, pinpointing critical activities and ensuring key milestones are met.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics relevant to project management.
• Provide expertise in PMO and PPM Best Practices, aligning with MIGSO-PCUBED quality standards.

Are You the Right Fit?

We are looking for candidates with at least a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field; Engineering Management, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering are advantageous, with a Master's degree being preferred. You should have:

• 2-5 years of experience in a project-oriented role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• A strong grasp of Project and Program Management principles and methodologies, applied effectively in past roles.
• Familiarity with Project Management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Planisware, or Jira.

While certifications in Project Management are not mandatory, they are highly regarded. You should possess solid leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to adapt in varied environments will be crucial to your success. Your proactive and confident approach will be essential in collaborating with project stakeholders.
