Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in analyzing their existing application infrastructure architecture and to propose a suitable cloud platform and architecture which meets their needs.
2. Cloud solution design: Design and architect cloud-based solutions that align with client requirements, including infrastructure setup, data management, security, scalability, and disaster recovery.
3. Cloud infrastructure setup: Configure and deploy cloud resources such as virtual machines, storage, networking components, and containers, following best practices and security guidelines.
4. CI/CD Pipeline Development: Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or GitLab CI/CD. Automate code builds, testing, and deployment processes. Ensure the pipeline is robust, secure, and efficient.
5. Configuration Management: Use infrastructure-as-code (IAC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to manage infrastructure. Maintain and version control configuration files for infrastructure components.
6. Install, configure, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and administer Operating Systems such as (Windows & Linux) within cloud environments.
7. Assist customers in modernizing their software applications from traditional infrastructure to cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, Google GCP).
8. Assist in troubleshooting, managing, and reporting problem resolution, including root cause analysis.
9. Work with other engineers and contractors to promote customer and user satisfaction while optimizing data security.
10. Explore new cloud technology and innovations, especially in DevOps, Data Analytics, AL/ML, etc.

Requirements:

1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent.
2. Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and services.
3. Require 2 years and above working experience in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated services.
4. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
5. Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools.
6. Ability to design and implement scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant cloud solutions.
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
8. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
9. Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Cloud Architect or Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect) are preferred but not mandatory.
10. Hands-on expertise in deploying and administering cloud services, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Azure.
11. Required language(s): English.
