Summary

MITER Brands is one of the nation's largest suppliers of windows and patio doors, with manufacturing plants across the country. We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Alabama market. The role involves selling MI products through our retail channel, driving sales growth, and expanding business opportunities by providing product expertise, business counsel, and marketing advice.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in new territories by establishing relationships within the retail sector.
• Build the MI brand within retail environments and generate new sales opportunities.
• Train and develop relationships with retail store associates on MI products to increase market share and brand awareness.
• Support the retailer's outside sales team to promote MI products and expand market presence.
• Provide aftermarket sales and service support to homeowners in collaboration with our retail partners.
• Assist in order fulfillment by coordinating with inside sales, production, customer service, and delivery teams.
• Represent MITER Brands' guiding principles and quality standards in all business interactions.

Qualifications

• Four-year undergraduate degree in business or related field, or equivalent sales experience.
• Experience in the building products industry is preferred.
• Experience working within the retail home improvement sector.
• Availability for overnight travel within the territory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
• Effective communication skills to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
