They are seeking a Business Development specialist to join their Mobile office and help drive the continued growth of that business. With profit areas centering around trades such as metal buildings, concrete, and steel erection, this company places value on their Industrial clients but are just as receptive to Commercial clients as well.

Job Description
Utilize market expertise to support and respond to customer inquiries
Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with both new and existing Industrial / Commercial Construction clients, engaging stakeholders across multiple levels of each organization specifically in the Gulf Coast region.
Craft and execute individualized account strategies to support sustainable growth within the industry
Engage with potential clients both in--person and through the use of technology
Manage customer information and track client interactions within the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions for the client

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Business, or related field of study
10+ years experience in a Sales role
Experience within either the Industrial or Construction industry is required
History of working across the Gulf Coast region is preferred
Proficient in customer relationship management
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual
Basic understanding of Schedule software, principles and logic required;
Desire to lead and make an impact
