Job Summary:
SVN | Toomey Property Advisors, LLC is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our growing Property Management division. This front-facing role is pivotal in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and welcoming office environment while providing critical administrative support to property managers, tenants, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence
Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional manner
Maintain organized files and records, both physical and electronic
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for team members
Support event planning and logistics as needed
Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and supplies are stocked
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
