This temporary position is designed to train and support individuals in all core areas of retail store operations including donation intake, sales floor maintenance, and merchandise processing. Essential Functions: Ensures World Class donor and customer service, greeting customers within 10 seconds and providing friendly service and information. Assists with unloading donations from the donors vehicle and takes in donations left outside of store. Keep an accurate count of donations. Sorting donations into designated equipment. Loading large purchases for customers. Sort and price merchandise, separating sellable from unsellable items, and preparing items for display. Clean, hang, and rotate merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring a neat and organized presentation. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dressing rooms and sales floor throughout the day.
