Your Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers from drop-off to vehicle delivery.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners, adhering to manufacturer and company protocols.
• Collaborate with insurance companies to manage claims and enhance customer experience.
• Keep customers informed with timely updates on the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure all damage aspects are assessed.
• Achieve and maintain customer satisfaction scores in line with company standards.
• Conduct quality inspections before delivering vehicles to customers.
• Complete other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in collision estimating is preferred.
• Familiarity with estimating systems like CCC1 is a plus.
• I-CAR/ASE certifications are preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• A successful background check is required.

Physical & Environmental Expectations:

This position requires the ability to use hands for tasks, communicate verbally, and perform physical activities like standing, sitting, and walking, sometimes for extended periods. The role may involve reaching and moving objects weighing up to 20 pounds. Vision capabilities needed include close vision, peripheral vision, and the capacity to adjust focus.
