Join Our Team:

Join our team as an experienced Foundation Foreman in Mobile, Alabama! In this crucial role, you'll lead teams to successful project completion in foundation repair, particularly piering, ensuring top-notch quality and exceptional customer satisfaction. Take charge of exciting projects in foundation repair, basement and crawlspace waterproofing, encapsulation, and more.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise field crews on foundation repair and piering projects, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely completion.
• Operate a wide range of hand and power tools, including jackhammers and excavating equipment
• Perform physical labor as needed, including trench digging, brace setting for excavation support, and job site cleanup after project completion.
• Work in confined spaces, including crawl spaces, as part of installation and repair tasks.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork on-site.
• Ensure company vehicles, trailers, equipment, tools, and other assets are properly maintained.
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure alignment with project goals and company standards.
• Deliver exceptional service and professionalism to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, track productivity, and ensure budget goals are met.

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience in foundation repair and pier installation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Foreman in the construction industry.
• Servant-leader mindset with strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate equipment and power tools as needed.
• Valid driver's license with ability to be insured by company.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in construction management or business preferred.
