Salary: $80,000-$115,000+ with achievable bonus potential!

• Alabama: Home based in the greater Birmingham, Huntsville, and Mobile regions.

• Colorado: Home based in the Boulder, Colorado Springs, and Greater Denver regions. Clinic based in Centennial, CO.

• Georgia: Home and clinic based in and around the greater Atlanta region.

• Illinois: Home based in Chicagoland; Clinic based in Norwood Park and Palos Heights.

• Massachusetts: Home based throughout the Massachusetts region (excludes Western Mass and Cape); Center based in Southborough, MA.

• North Carolina: Home based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, the triangle area, and Winston-Salem; Center based in Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh, and Winston-Salem.

• Tennessee: Home based in the greater Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Nashville regions.

Requirements:

• Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).

• Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).

• Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status.

• Must have reliable personal transportation.

• Previous ABA Experience is essential.

• Comfort working with families and providing in-home services is required.

BCBA Job Responsibilities:

As a BCBA at Key Autism Services, you will conduct assessments, write progress reports, and develop individualized treatment and behavior support plans. You will supervise and train Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure treatment plans are on track. Providing guidance to families on managing challenging behaviors while teaching replacement behaviors through ABA principles will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will engage in functional assessments and analysis as necessary, review program effectiveness, and monitor progress through data analysis.
