Overview

We are looking for a full-time Project Manager in the Bay Minette, Alabama area to oversee the process of transitioning medical manufacturing facilities, assets, and human capital to new locations. Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in planning, coordinating logistics, monitoring budgets and costs, tracking deliverables, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth and efficient completion of projects.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and manage all aspects of relocation projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and cost forecasts.
  3. Ensure project deliverables meet the organization's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Develop project plans, define objectives, organize timelines, and allocate resources to ensure efficiencies.
  5. Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams, to ensure project goals are met and potential concerns are addressed.
  6. Develop standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling and to set and manage quality targets.
  7. Establish data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities and to provide periodic reporting.
  8. Track project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience transitioning medical-related manufacturing facilities.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating and communicating with medical/healthcare professionals to ensure project design is aligned with business needs and industry standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
  • Project Management: PM certification from accredited institution.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to negotiate with outside vendors.
  • Organization: Proven task driven organizational skills; ability to prioritize and drive results; and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Regulatory: Knowledge of various federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Problem-solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial: Experience in budget management and cost analysis.
  • Software: Familiarity with project management platform and tools to track progress and report status updates.

Salary: $100,000-$150,000
