Program Analyst

We have an immediate opening for a Program Analyst who will work as a member of the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) Radar Operations Facility (ROF). This candidate will support the development, integration, and testing of major joint integrated Air Defense system projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programmatic support including white papers, action items, and other quick response tasks.
  • Capability gap, technology needs, and requirements assessments.
  • Comparative analysis of candidate systems, components, and approaches for technical feasibility, compatibility, and cost effectiveness.
  • Project execution, planning, tracking, and reporting, including Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Risk management.
  • Informational and decision briefs for senior leaders.
  • Coordination with team members to generate project documentation, including strategies, plans, and reports.
  • IPT and stakeholder coordination support.
  • Technology Transition Planning for Program of Record insertion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of DoD Operations and Technologies: Experience with an in-depth knowledge of DoD operations, concepts, and technologies, particularly in areas related to air and missile defense and integrated fire control.
  • DoD Program Office or S&T experience strongly desired.
  • Technical experience in Army Fires, AMD, or related lab experience preferred.
  • Ability to interface with external stakeholders and AvMC team members to shape portfolio direction and achieve team consensus on initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Candidate must currently possess and be able to maintain an active security clearance.

Additional Desired Experience:

  • Experience with Combat Identification, track fusion, Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft System (C-sUAS).
