FORKLIFT OPERATOR
Automation Personnel Services is hiring a dependable and experienced Forklift Operator for a transportation and logistics facility in Mobile, AL. This position involves safely operating a forklift to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of manually pulling and scanning orders, and comfortable with lifting 25–50 lbs in a fast-paced environment. $17.00 per hour

Monday – Friday 7 am-4 pm

Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport products throughout the facility.
• Manually pull and scan orders for shipment or delivery.
• Inspect materials for damage and report quality or quantity discrepancies.
• Stage, organize, and verify inventory for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety policies.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks, including lifting 25–50 lbs as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Forklift Operator Qualifications and Requirements
• Proven forklift operating experience; certification preferred.
• Clamp truck or similar equipment experience a plus.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be reliable and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Commitment to safety protocols and following supervisor instructions.
