Overview

Deployment Infrastructure Project Manager with CGI, supporting a large Global Managed Services project. Responsible for multiple infrastructure deployment and data center integration projects, managing schedules, quality, and contracted deliverables. This role requires hands-on business and technical leadership, and strong relationship and stakeholder management. Location options include the CGI office in Dallas, TX, Knoxville, TN (preferred), or other onshore delivery centers with a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Deal Management Team/Sales Team to ensure a smooth handover of deployment projects
• Develop comprehensive project management documents to effectively manage deployment projects
• Engage with customers (technical and non-technical) to execute deployment activities
• Oversee deployment to ensure timely delivery, quality, and contractual obligations, including planning, scheduling, milestone reviews, execution, implementation, and solution activation
• Identify opportunities to optimize deployment for the customer
• Identify, utilize, and coordinate key resources required to achieve deployment goals
• Facilitate weekly updates and status meetings with project teams and customers
• Monitor and communicate risks and issues, driving resolution for seamless deployments
• Conduct project reviews for management and customers, delivering status reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and technical and non-technical teams
• Promptly update and distribute reports, dashboards, and responses to customers and suppliers
• Participate in discussions with Deployment and Operations teams, providing feedback on process improvements, issues, delays, and concerns

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Deployment Infrastructure Project Management experience
• PMP preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities
• Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and motivate team members
• Proven skills in building and managing stakeholder relationships
• Proficiency in systems, storage, and data management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project; Smartsheet experience advantageous
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to attend client meetings, take notes, and complete action items
• Availability for occasional night and weekend work

Education

Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology discipline

Compensation and Benefits

• Estimated compensation range in the U.S.: $85,800.00 - $150,200.00
