Lead Structural Engineer

Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a design team, fostering an environment of collaboration and creativity.
• Manage project resources efficiently to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Perform thorough analyses and design reviews to guarantee accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to capture project requirements and offer advanced solutions.
• Keep abreast of the newest construction techniques, materials, and regulations to implement best practices.

• Over 5 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Meticulous attention to detail in design planning and execution.
• Adept at solving complex problems creatively.
• Exceptionally skilled in interpersonal and communication tasks.
• Deep understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory environments.
• Ability to physically visit construction sites and client facilities as required.
• Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
