The Operator provides operations and maintenance support in pursuit of departmental and company goals.

Main Responsibilities

• Commit to working safely and maintaining a safe work area
• Perform daily tasks with minimal supervision
• Perform/manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Participate in skills progression training
• Participate in departmental meetings and team projects

About You

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Safety conscious at all times
• Quality mindset
• Detail oriented
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Able to work well with others and committed to team concept
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Preferred:

• Some college
• Prior experience in heavy industry, construction or similar field
• Mechanical, electrical, and/or welding experience
