Your responsibilities:

• Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers, aiming to deliver excellent service and build customers for life.
• Managing Your Service Route: Responsible for the daily operations of your Universal Service Route, using strong time management to complete tasks.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Monitor termite bait systems to ensure they're functioning properly.
• Problem-solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.

• Safety First: Maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving a company vehicle.

Qualifications

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
