Your responsibilities:
- Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers, aiming to deliver excellent service and build customers for life.
- Managing Your Service Route: Responsible for the daily operations of your Universal Service Route, using strong time management to complete tasks.
- Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
- Monitor termite bait systems to ensure they're functioning properly.
- Problem-solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
- Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
- Safety First: Maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving a company vehicle.

Qualifications
What you need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- No Experience Required!
- Must be 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
