Production Operator

Production Operator is responsible for producing high-quality products on the production line. This role involves operating converting equipment, handling raw materials and finished goods, monitoring quality standards, and maintaining accurate production/inventory records. Operators play a key role in maintaining workplace safety, cleanliness, and efficiency while contributing to process improvements. The position requires strong math and measurement skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team. This is a physically demanding job that involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly, and working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
