**Job Title:** Mail/Finishing Level 1
**Location:** Mobile, AL
**Job Type:** Hourly Consultant
**Hours:** 6:00am - 3:00pm, 40 hours/week
**Pay:** $18.00/hour
**Overview:**
CTG is seeking a Mail/Finishing Level 1 consultant to handle mailroom operations, document finishing, shipping, and delivery services. This role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Receive, sort, process, and deliver mail, packages, and supplies
+ Record, track, and resolve mail issues with USPS, FedEx, and local services
+ Prepare, package, and ship documents and kitted materials
+ Perform finishing tasks such as folding, insertion, and electronic mail distribution
+ Operate, clean, and maintain mailroom and shipping equipment
+ Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
+ Follow mailroom security procedures and shipping standards
+ Data entry and record-keeping for accountable mail and faxes
**Skills & Qualifications:**
+ Lift/move up to 50 lbs
+ Basic PC/Internet skills; introductory MS Word and Excel
+ Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
**Experience:**
+ Experience delivering services in a client environment
**Education:**
+ High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
