• Convert phone and walk-in leads into happy residents
• Deliver superior customer service that turns leases into long-term renewals
• Conduct apartment tours that inspire excitement and trust
• Maintain organized lease files and support administrative functions
• Update leasing data and market surveys weekly
• Take pride in presenting model units and common areas with polish and attention to detail
• Support marketing efforts including outreach and social media updates
• Respond to resident needs with empathy, speed, and accuracy

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in multi-family leasing or a passion for sales and service
• A natural relationship-builder with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and organized under pressure
• A team player who thrives in a professional, goal-driven culture
• Someone who enjoys taking initiative and creating memorable resident experiences

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Availability for a flexible work schedule including evenings and Saturdays
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of OneSite is a plus
