What to Expect

• Assist customers with new equipment requests and maintain accurate data in the order processing system
• Verify insurance eligibility and communicate financial responsibilities to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to enhance satisfaction
• Coordinate scheduling for evaluations and adjustments with ATPs and seating technicians
• Participate in departmental initiatives aimed at improving results and customer service

What is Required

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out

• Working knowledge of service order processing experience
• Knowledge of complex rehab equipment and products
• Prior experience in the durable medical equipment industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
