Ross Stores - 1310 Tingle Circle E - Responsibilities: Opening and closing the Store, supervising Associates, and maintaining a friendly, easy to shop environment.; Executing and supervising Company operational processes as needed.; Trains and coach Associates on cash registers, shortage control policies and other Front End procedures.; Maintains pace and presence at the Front End to expedite customer wait times.; Responsible for Loss Prevention and safety procedures
