Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and escalating concerns through the proper channels; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Control access points by checking identification, logging visitors and/or vendors, and directing authorized personnel to the proper location; Complete written and/or electronic reports such as incident reports, shift activity logs and patrol documentation, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management
