Part Time Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk

Sirius Staffing is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input data into various computer systems and databases
  • Perform general clerical duties including reporting, scanning, and filing
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed
  • Assist in maintaining organized and accurate records
  • Support continuous improvement of administrative processes and workflows
Qualifications
  • Strong administrative and clerical skills
  • Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills required
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or Data Entry Clerk preferred
