Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Orthopedic Device Representative for a territory in south Alabama/North Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, presenting and demonstrating orthopedic devices, providing technical support during procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will coordinate with the sales team to meet targets and provide training sessions for medical staff on product usage and applications.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of orthopedic devices and related medical equipment
• Sales, customer relationship management, and communication skills
• Technical skills to demonstrate and troubleshoot orthopedic devices
• Ability to deliver training and presentations to medical staff
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Relevant experience in medical sales or healthcare, particularly in orthopedic devices, is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as healthcare, biology, or business is advantageous
