In this role, you will take charge of managing full-cycle placements while cultivating meaningful client partnerships. With some of the most attractive commission structures in the industry, your efforts will be rewarded directly in line with the value you deliver.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle searches that cover everything from initial intake meetings to successful placements.
  • Become a trusted advisor to your clients, diving deep into their hiring challenges, cultural dynamics, and unique needs.
  • Source candidates with precision utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS, coupled with your own networks and innovative communication tools.
  • Maximize our platform to seamlessly manage candidate pipelines, facilitate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
  • Focus on permanent placements that yield lasting equity for clients and significant commissions for yourself.
  • Engage in thought leadership efforts which not only elevate MLR's reputation but yours as well.

  • Comfortable navigating ATS and CRM systems (full training will be provided).
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, motivated to build a long-lasting career.
