Your responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle searches that cover everything from initial intake meetings to successful placements.
• Become a trusted advisor to your clients, diving deep into their hiring challenges, cultural dynamics, and unique needs.
• Source candidates with precision utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS, coupled with your own networks and innovative communication tools.
• Maximize our platform to seamlessly manage candidate pipelines, facilitate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on permanent placements that yield lasting equity for clients and significant commissions for yourself.
• Engage in thought leadership efforts which not only elevate MLR's reputation but yours as well.

• 23+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales.
• A solid understanding of the healthcare landscape, or a readiness to learncoaching is provided.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and successfully closing offers.
• Comfortable navigating ATS and CRM systems (full training will be provided).
• An entrepreneurial spirit, motivated to build a long-lasting career.
