Maverick Trading is hiring a fully remote Equity & Options Trader open to applicants in Mobile, AL. We are a 25+ year proprietary trading firm that allocates firm capital to disciplined traders and scales buying power based on performance and risk management.Trade US markets from your local time — the NYSE opens at 8:30am Central and closes mid-afternoon. The Southeast — from Atlanta to Miami to Charlotte — has become a serious financial corridor over the last decade, with major bank operations, sovereign‑wealth offices, and a growing community of independent traders.This is not a challenge account. We provide structured capital allocation for traders who want a professional path to scaling capital.What you will do:Trade equities and options within defined risk parametersFollow a structured, rules‑based risk management approachBuild consistency and scale capital based on performanceWhy options:Options allow traders to define risk, hedge exposures, and structure trades beyond simple directional stock positions.
