With established locations in Daphne and Gulf Shores, we are excited to continue expanding with our newest location in Bayou La Batre . We are looking for a dependable leader who can help maintain high standards in food quality, kitchen operations, and team management.Position Overview The Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure efficient workflow, maintain food safety standards, and lead kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, restaurant management experience, and a passion for quality food and teamwork.Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily kitchen operationsSchedule and staff kitchen employees effectivelyTrain and supervise kitchen team membersMaintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standardsOrder food, supplies, and kitchen inventoryEnsure proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followedMonitor labor and food costsAssist with kitchen organization and operational efficiencyWork closely with ownership and management to support restaurant growth and successQualifications Previous kitchen management or restaurant leadership experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environmentExperience with dough preparation is a plus Janino's Pizza makes all dough in-house dailyTraining can be provided for the right candidateServSafe Certification preferredDependable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitudeCompensation & Benefits Salary range: $45,000 – $60,000 per year , depending on experienceWeekly payDirect deposit availableTypical work schedule is a 5-day work weekIf you are interested in joining a growing company with opportunities for advancement, we would love to hear from you.Powered by JazzHRgDk6GJz85w
