This role plays a critical part in ensuring system reliability, cybersecurity, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, wireless systems, and firewallsMonitor and troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, and reliability issuesManage enterprise servers (physical and virtual), SAN storage, and backup systemsConduct cybersecurity assessments and implement risk mitigation strategiesMaintain disaster recovery processes and infrastructure documentationQualifications and Requirements Required: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)CCNA certificationMinimum 3+ years of experience in network engineering environmentsExperience with enterprise firewalls, wireless networks, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), SANs, and backup systemsStrong understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and disaster recoveryValid driver's license and ability to pass background checksPreferred: Additional technical certificationsExperience with network monitoring tools and performance tuningFamiliarity with QoS and enterprise-level infrastructure optimizationCore Competencies Advanced troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skillsStrong documentation and organizational disciplineEffective communication across technical and non-technical teamsProactive, innovative mindset with focus on continuous improvementW ork Authorization & Employment Status Requirement Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
