We are looking for a professional cook to prepare food to the exact chef's specifications and brand standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
Specific Responsibilities:
Provide guests with highest possible experience of food quality and presentation
Able to cook multiple tickets at once to ensure the timeliness of service for the guests
Keep open communication between management and employees
Ensure food quality standards are followed by all; appearance, taste, garnishment of plate and rotation of products
Ensure that the opening and closing procedures are completed
Ensure proper health code standards and followed
Efficiently expedite food from front line during busy meal periods
Responsible for adhering to company use records, recipes, applicable Franchise and management company's Standard Operating Procedures, meat charts, etc.
Take immediate action on problems that are encountered in the kitchen
Follow brand procedures on portion control
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen
Efficiently work all areas as needed or directed
Know and adhere to state/local health codes and ordinances
Performs such other additional and related duties as may be assigned by Supervisor or General Manager

Requirements:
At least one year Culinary or Restaurant Experience • Show enthusiasm for food
Must be coachable
Must be able to cook dishes as taught, the same way every time
Ability to work neatly and clean as you go
Ability to work in a safe manner and to stay focused under pressure
