In this role, you will work directly with employees at established businesses, helping them understand their benefit options and providing supplemental insurance solutions designed to help protect themselves and the people who matter most to them.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their benefits strategy and program goals
• Design and customize benefit plans that align with client objectives
• Communicate benefit plan options and recommendations to clients
• Manage the implementation process for new benefit plans
• Advise clients on compliance matters related to employee benefits
• Provide ongoing support to clients and serve as a point of contact for benefit-related questions

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Willing to undergo a background check
• Driver License
• Authorized to work in the United States
