OUTSIDE SALES IS REQUIRED

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of four, including, 2 Sales Reps, 1 Franchise Advisors, and 1 Administrative Coordinator.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, utilizing their proven experience in team leadership.
• Demonstrate a strong background in hunter sales, including cold calling, business development and lead generation.
• Drive team performance to meet and exceed company goals.

Requirements:

• Experience managing sales and operation departments with direct reports.
• Proven hunter sales experience with a track record of cold calling.
• Ability to develop and mentor a team to achieve top performance.
• Documentation supporting their success in previous roles is preferred.
